The subscription can be made simply by typing the e-mail address or a form that contains all

Import a file from your contact manager
From the
ENEWS™ platform,
Create or choose to which list your new contacts will belong to.
Select with the help of the platform navigator the file to download. Update your (contact)
database with these new information.
An « exclusion » option will avoid you to re-register by mistake contacts that no longer
wish to receive your information. |

Manually add one or more contacts
A typing screen gives you the possibility to type the information of your choice concerning
new contacts.

Personalise the header of your letter.
Your addressee identifies you clearly thanks to the typing of the name of the sender. You
can personalise the subject of your letter. |

You have the possibility to insert pre-printed forms in your letter.

addressee
Your message is sent simultaneously in HTML and text format and will be opened in the
appropriate format with your addressee’s e-mail tool.
Even if your addressee’s e-mail tool does not allow him to read HTML format, a
link automatically inserted in your letter will give him the possibility to connect to the
ENEWS™ server and read your html format letter |
Personalise the content of your letter.
You can personalise the content of your letter with simple fields such as : surname, name
… or specific fields you can define such as: contract n°, customer n°… |
Make the un-registration from your letter automatic.
A link inserted in your letter gives the possibility to your addressees to un-subscribe from
your distribution list in just one click. A confirmation message appears on his screen, followed by
an e-mail notification that confirms the un-registration from your database. |
Distant or on taken pictures
The
ENEWS™ technology gives the possibility to take on pictures
contained in your letters. Therefore the pictures appear as soon as the letter is opened and it can
be entirely looked at even when not connected |

Create a campaign
A campaign is : a HTML and/or text file, a subject, a sender.
Test a campaign
To test a campaign enables to validate your letter header, its form, the functioning of the
links in your letter, if your pictures are displayed correctly, the personalisation of the content,
the functioning of the forms…
Modify a campaign
The result of the tests can lead you to modify the parameters or the contents of your
letter.
Validate a campaign
The tests are correct, the campaign is ready to be sent.
Schedule the sending of a campaign
You can select one or more distribution or non distribution list(s). You choose the time and
date(s) of the sending of your campaign.
Archive a campaign
Change of mind, you do not wish to use this campaign any longer and choose to save it for
later (if needed) : you can archive it as it is. |
Graphic statistics
A graphic interpretation of the results is given to you for a better visualisation of the
statistics.

ENEWS™ has a performing research module that enables a
multi-criterion research in tour database. You can create a distribution list made of the results
of your research.

Management of the distribution lists.
ENEWS™ enables you to create as many distribution lists as wanted.
A contact can belong to several distribution lists. Whilst the sending of your campaign, if several
distribution lists are selected, the addressee registered in several lists will only receive one
copy of your letter.
